20 years old trains martial arts, in 2011 I am moving from Poland to Norway permanently where I meet Soke Raul Gutierrez, this fascinated fight I get in 2016 the highest title of the national instructor and representative of Norway and Poland. Currently in 2018 I received 3 dan in Kenpo Karate fu shih and international self-defense instructor ipsa, in Norway run classes for private and group persons in Storen, Hovin and Trondheim with self-defense. 3 times a year I attend international seminars and learn from the best, I believe that the person learns to live, and we have one life and we have to be able to protect them. It is important for me to transfer knowledge to my students then I am happy. At Storen, he cooperates with Bjorgen treningsenter, in which I am now starting from January 2019 with flexibel steel and cardio kickboxing.
My motto, “the only way to develop is to constantly raise the bar, the only measure of success is the effort we put in to achieve this.”
